The parity price is $48.00 per box.  High quality organic food is difficult and very expensive to grow.
Our food crops have been produced with the least amount of fossil fuels possible. 
The only way to reduce our foot print further is by delivering the crop to your doorstep on a horse or mule fed from organic corn grown on the same organic farm that grew the shallots and
